How does this integration work?

vCIOToolbox integrates with HaloPSA to automate the collection of data from the HaloPSA platform.  The information collected assists with customer communication, asset management, ticketing, and opportunity creation within vCIOToolbox.  The purpose of this integration is to help MSP’s reduce the data entry required to conduct their QBR/TBR preparation. 

Data imported from HaloPSA provides MSP’s with information that can be aligned to tickets, budget and forecast (Technology Roadmap), asset policies, and more. This integration helps MSP’s enter into each QBR/TBR with the knowledge they have the most current information to guide their discussions.
