vCIOToolbox July Feature Update – 2018

July Feature Update 1.3

At vCIOToolbox, we are always at work to improve our user experience! Our vCIOToolbox June Feature Update focused on streamlining process in areas shared to us directly by our customers.  At vCIOToolbox we are dedicated to a continual service improvement process and we deliver new features every 6-8 weeks to meet the needs of our user community.

Now on to the update!

  • Added rules to exclude zero dollar ($0) recommendations from the calculations used to determine average deal size.
  • Bug Fix – Fixed issue that did not change the low scoring Dashboard tile to match the low score set up in settings.

Enhancement: Added customer dropdown menu within the reporting module to allow for faster navigation between customers.
Enhancement: Maximum character limits have been added to all text fields.
Feature: Created a Meeting View to support screen display of client data during meetings.

Bug Fix: Fixed the timing issue that occasionally prevented the “Save & Next” command within the customer IT Review from progressing to the next review question without a double-click.
Enhancement: Added “Contact Name” to the Customer view for a better onboarding email experience and easier email customization.

Enhancement: Relabeled all button and references from “Checklist” to “IT Review” to better reflect the content supported under that function.
Enhancement: Added a Menu item within the IT Review for Reports, moving it from its original location within the collapsible “More” menu.
Bug Fix: Fixed issue that was causing a code error when a selection within an IT Review question leveraging the recommendations engine.  This error is resolved and full functionality restored.
Enhancement: Moved “Save” command button to the upper right-hand corner of the screen when changing settings under the Admin tab (previously found below the page fold).
Enhancement: IT Review Questions section “Findings” has been relabeled to “Ticket” to reflect what the command does upon execution.  Presently tickets can be created from this command an automatically sync with ConnectWise. Autotask integration is on the product roadmap.
Security: removed the temporary password from the end-user welcome email.
