ConnectWise Integration

1. Introduction

The ConnectWise Manage integration syncs Customers, Configurations, Tickets, and Opportunities between the two systems.

2. Requirements

You will need your ConnectWise username, password, and API Key.

3. Implementation

Input your ConnectWise Site, set on/off premise instance designation, your ConnectWise Company, and you Public and Private Key API values into vCIOToolbox. 

Set your default sales rep, your default recurring monthly cycle, and your Import Company Status.

Autotask Integration

Documentation outlining how to set up the Autotask PSA integration

1. Introduction

The Autotask integration with vCIOToolbox covers four key integration points within Autotask Accounts, Opportunities, Tickets, and Configuration Items.

Customers are imported daily including new additions and changes. vCIOToolbox keeps customer data in sync with Autotask.

Project recommendations made within vCIOToolbox can be sent to Autotask Opportunities integrating into your standard sales workflow and reporting.

New tickets can be generated from within the IT review to send issues directly to the support team.

vCIOToolbox ingests all Configuration Items for use with in the IT Review and to align to recommendations made within the system.

The integration requires your Autotask username, password, and API Key

3. Implementation

Input your username, password, and API values into vCIOToolbox.  Set your default ticket queue, default opportunity assignee, and default opportunity stage queue then sync data.
