vCIOToolbox is pleased to announce the addition of IT Glue to the vCIOToolbox Integration portfolio.  With IT Glue we add an enhanced asset experience by offering IT Glue users to leverage that data vs. their PSA.
Existing Active Customers in vCIOToolbox: Add the IT Glue to your present PSA integration.  IT Glue will supplement the current assets ingested from the PSA platform.  If, an asset resides in IT Glue, but does not appear in your PSA, IT Glue will drive the creation of that asset in vCIOToolbox.  If the asset exists already, IT Glue will contribute supplemental information,but not duplicate.  The PSA imported asset will remain the primary.
New vCIOToolbox Users: First sync your PSA to ensure that your ability to crate tickets and opportunities is not impacted by the IT Glue integration. Then add your IT Glue integration to bring in any additional assets from that platform.  By connecting your PSA first you create the master record and then IT Glue for secondary and supplemental information you will enjoy the best integration process imaginable.
